At Over2Hills, we believe great furniture deserves a second life—and the best place for it isn’t landfill, it’s with the charities, community groups, and local heroes who are making a difference every day.
Every year, thousands of pieces of perfectly usable office furniture are discarded when businesses relocate, refurbish, or upgrade their workspaces. Our mission is simple: rescue high-quality office resources and redirect them to organisations that can truly benefit from them.
That’s why we’re excited to announce our next Exclusive Charity Furniture Giveaway Event, taking place this March at our Cleckheaton warehouse.
Our previous giveaway events have shown just how powerful reuse can be. At one recent event alone, we successfully saved over 500 pieces of furniture from landfill, redistributing them to 40 different charities in a single day.
From community hubs and youth groups to support organisations and local initiatives, these resources helped transform workspaces, create welcoming environments, and stretch valuable charity budgets further.
Seeing the impact these items can have is exactly why we continue to host these events.
Our Next Giveaway Event
On Wednesday 25th March 2026, we’ll be opening the doors of our Cleckheaton warehouse to registered charities and non-profit organisations to collect office furniture completely free of charge.

- Meeting tables
- And much more
All items are high-quality pieces recovered from commercial environments and ready to support organisations that need them.
VIP Tickets – Now Fully Claimed
We’re delighted to share that all of our VIP tickets for the event have now been claimed. The response from charities and organisations has been fantastic, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone on the day.
Our team is looking forward to meeting you all, helping you find the furniture you need, and seeing even more great resources go to organisations doing incredible work in their communities.
Mystery Raffle Prizes
To make the day even more exciting, we’ll also be hosting a special raffle for everyone attending the event, giving organisations the chance to win one of several fantastic mystery prizes.
These prizes have been generously donated by local businesses who have supported this event, and we’d like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to them for helping us make the day even more special for the charities attending.
In particular, we’d like to shine a spotlight on Just My Look and Haigh’s Farm Shop & Phillip Anthony Photography, whose generous contributions will be part of the raffle prizes available on the day.
All attendees will automatically have the opportunity to take part and be in with a chance of winning one of the mystery gifts we have up for grabs. We’re keeping the prizes under wraps for now—but we promise they’ll be worth the surprise!
It’s a small way for us, alongside the generous businesses supporting the event, to say thank you to the organisations working so hard in their communities while helping us keep quality furniture out of landfill.
Supporting Communities While Reducing Waste
Events like this demonstrate that sustainability and social impact can go hand in hand. By giving furniture a second life, we reduce waste while helping charities create functional, comfortable spaces for their teams, volunteers, and the communities they serve.
