Call the office to book in your collection date and time, we encourage all charities and non-for-profit organisation to bring their vehicle to their appointment.
Collections are available Monday to Friday (9:30am -3:30pm).

Yes, we have a delivery team on site. If you contact the office, a member of our sales team will be happy to arrange delivery for you.

Once you reserve your items on the free furniture shop you have 5 days to collect your items, uncollected items with be put back into donation stock for others to claim.

Please call us on 01274 876 761 to book a charity visit. You can visit our Cleckheaton showroom and see the items in person. As we process a large volume of furniture, we have many other items not listed on the website.

Yes, we are happy to take away your old/redundant furniture, however, there is a charge to remove them.

Yes you can. We do not place any restrictions on what you can do with the items you receive.
